November 8, 04- Palestinian protestors in the West Bank city of al-Khalil (Hebron), cuffed their hands in solidarity with their relatives, who were jailed in Israeli prisons during a rally on the anniversary of the assassination of Fathi al-Shiqaqi, secretary general of the Islamic Jihad movement.
