Israeli soldiers surrounding prevent Palestinian graduate students and the invited people from enter Hebron University campus for their graduate day in the West Bank ciry of al- Khalil (Hebron). Today Israeli soldiers ealed the gates of Hebron University in the graduate ceremony day. Israeli army was closed Hebron University and Palestine Polytechnic University in January 11, 2003.
